Warranty
Labor warranty is limited to the current billing cycle (normally 15 days after invoicing). Hardware, software and outside service are subject to the individual vendors' policies. Datajockeys provided products come with a 90 day warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Any warranty is void if account is past due (normally older than 15 days). Any past due account is not negotiable.
Return Policy
Returns are subject to the conditions and limitations of the individual vendors. Datajockeys will be happy to make arrangements to exchange or return products for you, but postage (if applicable) and packaging costs will apply. Labor rates may apply if vendor is not being cooperative.
Anything Datajockeys supplies out of our stock is subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the item is defective. Items must be returned within 15 days and include any and all packaging, documentation and accessories. Used products provided by Datajockeys, are sold "as is" and not returnable.
