Datajockeys, LLC is very serious in regards to UCE. The Datajockeys, LLC network MAY NOT be used to transact Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE). This is commonly referred to as SPAM. Customers of Datajockeys, LLC may not use, or permit others to use, the Datajockeys, LLC network or any other network through Datajockeys, LLC's systems to send UCE. Customers of Datajockeys, LLC may not host, or permit hosting of, sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks. Datajockeys, LLC customers that transact UCE will immediately have their account deactivated.
- Impersonating another user or otherwise falsifying one's user name in e-mail or any post to any newsgroup or mailing list is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to take whatever actions we deem appropriate in enforcing these policies, including the ones below. The actions we take may include account suspension or termination.
- We do not issue any credits for accounts cancelled due to policy violations.
- We reserve the right to change these policies without prior notice at any time.
- If mass email or UCE is sent, your account will be subject a substantial fee ($750) can be imposed per complaint we receive regarding your UBE, UCE or SPAM.
