PC Technicians take care of local applications, virus scanners, local backups, spyware and just about anything else relating to your local PC. Accessories like printers, card readers and digital cameras are within their area of expertise as well. We have an eye for business and will make sure you are fully satisfied with the work we do.

Due to the complexity of setting up custom web services, we bill on a yearly basis. You get a real person that actually takes responsibility for setting up your services and makes sure things are working properly. Our servers are carrier grade and are co-located locally. We block an average of 1,700 spam e-mails and 1.5 crack attempts a day!
Network Service / Administration
In-Shop $95.00 Hr

Remote Administration $145.00 Hr
Our fully trained staff has at least 12 years of network administration experience. Often we can set up remote administration and work our magic overnight or over the weekend making maintenance almost invisible to the users on your network. If you need on-site work done, we are there fast and on-time. Anything related to networking like: printers, Internet access, firewalls, server backups and user access are well within our expertise. Yes, we do Linux, OSX and Windows!
Forensics / Data Recovery

If there is one inevitable truth in computing, it is that you will loose data! If you have a good backup plan in effect, it is just a minor annoyance. If not, you can plan on spending about $1,500.00 if we can recover your data in the lab, and about $2,500.00 if we have to use the clean room. Before this happens you may want to schedule a PC Technician or Network Administrator to set up a backup strategy to meet your needs.
We are recognized by the state of Oregon as professional witnesses. We do a full forensic makeup and present our findings in court. Our credibility is beyond reproach. If you need assistance with criminal or civil cases, please give us a call before doing anything with computer equipment. We need to make sure a proper chain of custody is kept.

- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- On-Site time starts from demarcation and stops when we leave your site. There may be a fuel charge per visit (subject to change as prices fluctuate).
- Reasonable expenses such as parking and permit fees will be billed.
- What you see is correct, we don't charge extra for scheduled: after-hours, weekends or holidays!
- Billing is done in 1/2 hr increments.
- Minimum bill time is 1/2 hr for In-Shop, 1/2 hr for Helpdesk and 1 Hr for On-Site work.
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Past due invoices are subject to interest charges. Late accounts are subject to small claims action.
- Returned funds, for ANY reason, are subject to a $150.00 service fee plus bank charges.
- Even though we have a lot of experience in what we do, bad things happen. We do our best to provide outstanding service. However we cannot accept responsibility for damage, downtime, or any other McNasties that may turn up.
